CAN I COMMISSION YOU TO PAINT ME SOMETHING?

Of course. Just drop me a line and I would be happy to talk through what you have in mind.  If interested, please send a message through my CONTACT form and I will get in touch with you on the next steps.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHEN NEW WORK IS ADDED TO THE SITE?

The best way to find out about new work is through my e-newsletter (which you can sign up for on the homepage) or through my INSTAGRAM, as I post final or in-progress photos as often as I can.

ARE PAINTINGS FRAMED?

Paintings on panels and canvas are sold either framed or unframed. Paintings on canvas have the sides painted white and hooks screwed into the stretcher bars (the wooden bars at the back) so that the works are ready to hang. 

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

Buyers are responsible for all customs and taxes in their own country. Please do check the rules in your country before placing an order. Thank you.

CAN I RETURN A PAINTING?

If there is an issue with your purchase please send me a message on the contact section of the website within 7 days of receipt. If a return is agreed, you will be required to wrap and ship the painting using the same service with which it was sent to you and you will receive your refund payment within 14 days, minus the shipping and payment fee costs. I reserve the right to refuse returns but I will always endeavour to find a mutually agreeable solution. Returns and refunds are not currently possible on artworks sent outside of the EU.

All paintings are wrapped with the utmost care and sent with excellent courier services but in the unlikely event of damage to the painting upon receipt, please contact me within 7 days with photographs so we can discuss the situation on an individual basis.

If you are not sure if the colours you see in a painting are exactly what you want, please request more photos and I will be more than happy to provide.
